In the video posted below ... Matt Lisle, hitting coach and MLB scout, shares the importance he places in delivering more force when at bat by tapping into power from the lower half portion of a swing

As an example... He points to a collegiate softball player who, after using his drills, went from a year of 130 at bats and 1 HR to deliver in the next season: 14 HRs from 134 at bats, which earned her a 1st Team All-Conference award!
