► OPENING DAY STILL AT HOME, BUT… According to weather forecasts, there may be wet days through the week before the home opener, Sunday, February 22. If field conditions in Dover prior to the opening day make the field unsuitable for play, the game will be moved to the artificial turf park of the Gallaudet Bison in Washington, DC.
► NOW A HOME GAME: The Wesley Wolverines versus the Notre Dame of Maryland Gators, Sunday, March 1, was originally scheduled as an away game. THAT HAS CHANGED.

► NO DOGS ALLOWED: There is a nice wooded dog park adjacent to the softball fields at the Sports Parks and Recreation Complex where the Wolverines will play at the North Myrtle Beach, SC, Fastpitch Dreams Classic Tournament in three weeks, March 8 -15.
HOWEVER, NO DOGS ARE ALLOW IN THE COMPLEX where the softball games are held. This has been confirmed through both the tournament director and the park administration.
