Look for Wesley Wolverines
on the central Delmarva airwaves
A television station has taken notice of the 10-1 Wesley Wolverines.
WBOC-TV, based in Salisbury, Maryland, conducted interviews with Wolverines today and shot the team working out at the Wesley West gym.
To learn what was said during the interviews, blog readers will have to watch for the feature on WBOC News, which may be broadcast next week or later. If available, the segment also will be posted at this blog. Though WBOC shot a large part of the Wolverine workout, typically much film is left on the cutting room floor when broadcasters put together the news report that eventually appears on air.
The sequence of pictures posted in the slideshow below -- click on the arrow in the green box to view photographs -- begins with locker room interviews from local players sophomore #9 P/OF Lily Engel (Dover, DE) and sophomore #12 P/MI Lindsay Siok (Milford, DE) as well as Head Coach Juli Greep. Then the WBOC camera moves into the field house to shoot the Wolverine's Friday afternoon practice.
